Rentals by whole weeks. Discount 10% for a month's booking. All household linen provided. Final cleaning fee to be paid locally on checking out: €9.00 per hour; house (lower level only) 5 hours, 2 levels 6 hours, flat 3 hours.
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of one week's rent for short bookings of 1 to 2 weeks. For longer bookings, 50% of total rent required to confirm. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of tenancy. Where reservations are made within 8 weeks from start of tenancy, whole rent is due in order to confirm. Please note that deposits are non-refundable (unless we can re-book successfully), therefore travel/cancellation insurance is recommended.
